Hyrasia One is expected to create 15,000 jobs during the construction phase and more than 3.500 permanent, new and future-proof jobs for commercial operation. However, the time of these fossil fuels has an expiration date: with climate change and its drastic consequences, the world is on a transformation path towards climate neutrality. Kazakhstan has therefore set itself the goal of becoming climate-neutral by 2060. With the production of green energy on industrial scale, Hyrasia One is making a significant contribution to Kazakhstan’s sustainable development and to achieving the 2060 target.<\/p>\n While the local offtake of green hydrogen in Kazakhstan is targeted, the full amount is not expected to be needed in Kazakhstan.
